1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SermonForge ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. SermonForge is operated by SermonForge ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

SermonForge is an AI-powered sermon preparation accelerator. It provides research, exegesis, outlines, illustrations, and drafts to assist pastors in sermon preparation. SermonForge is a preparation tool — not a replacement for pastoral discernment and study.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All content generated by SermonForge is AI-assisted and should be reviewed, edited, and verified against Scripture before use. We make no guarantees about theological accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific denomination or congregation. Always review AI-assisted content before preaching.

4. Account & Eligibility

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted

5. Subscription & Payments

• Free plan: limited to 2 sermon preparations per month (Steps 1-3)
• Pro plan: unlimited sermons, all 5 pipeline steps, billed monthly or annually
• Lifetime plan: one-time payment for permanent Pro access
• Payments are processed by PayPal. Refunds follow PayPal's refund policy
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

6. Intellectual Property

You own the sermons you create. Content generated through SermonForge belongs to you. You are free to use, modify, distribute, and preach your sermons without restriction. SermonForge retains no rights to your generated content.

The SermonForge brand, logo, website design, and software are our intellectual property and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the AI models or prompts
• Resell or redistribute generated content as a commercial sermon service
• Abuse the API or attempt to circumvent usage limits
• Generate content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination

8. Limitation of Liability

SermonForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to theological errors in generated content, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting v.trukhnov@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
